We provide a EMR platform for use in low resource settings across the world. The system was designed originally for Africa’s most under-served clinics. The system is free, works both online and offline and was designed by doctors.

It has been estimated that every year up to 1.5 million lives are lost in Africa alone due to the absence of medical records.

Outreach EMR is the infrastructure solution – enabling safer births, better treatment and real-time disease response, one clinic at a time.

THE PROBLEM
